Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Admission Counselor - Sales. The responsibilities include providing professional counseling to prospective students, managing inquiries, explaining admission processes, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills essential for counseling and interacting effectively with prospective students.
- Proven track record in Sales, with an ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, but equivalent experience in a related domain may be considered.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required, with additional language proficiency as a plus.
- Comfortable working on-site in Noida, maintaining flexibility and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
