Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for an Admission Counselor (ROW Work-From-Home). The Admission Counselor will focus on introducing prospective students and their families to the value of BrightCHAMPS' programs, guiding them through the admissions process, and helping them choose the right course. Responsibilities include consulting with leads, nurturing relationships, addressing queries, explaining program benefits, and meeting enrollment goals in an organized and customer-focused manner.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication, Communication, and Customer Service
- Experience in Education and guiding students and families through learning opportunities
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and consultative relationship-building
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM tools and virtual communication platforms
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to work remotely
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in education or edtech sectors
