Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located on MG Road in Bengaluru. The role involves guiding prospective students through the application and admissions process, answering inquiries, providing accurate information about educational offerings, and assisting in the enrollment process. The Admission Counselor will also engage in customer service, effectively address concerns, and support sales-related activities by promoting educational programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Experience or knowledge in Education counseling is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Proficiency in using technology and office software tools is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience are welcome
