Job Responsibilities for the position of Student Admissions Counsellor | CAT • CLAT • IPM • CUET at our Madhapur Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and parents regarding various test preparation programs (CAT / CLAT / IPM / CUET)
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through counselling, follow-ups, and relationship building
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Clearly explain course structure, fees, schedules, and program benefits
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for batch allocation
• Ensure smooth onboarding and support for newly enrolled students
