This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor for Study Overseas, located in Delhi, India. The Admission Counselor will guide students in choosing suitable academic programs abroad, assist in the application and admission processes, provide excellent customer service, and support students in navigating their educational journey. Responsibilities also include handling inquiries, conducting consultations with students and parents, and collaborating with partner institutions to ensure clarity and a seamless enrollment experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to build relationships with students/parents and effectively convey necessary information.
- Service skills to provide support and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Skills to engage with students and parents to promote educational programs and drive admissions.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Education sector, including knowledge of study overseas opportunities and related processes.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer systems and office software for maintaining records and managing communications.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with experience in education consulting or counseling as an added advantage.
