Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Admission Counselor to join our team at our Bengaluru office in an on-site role. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional advisory services. Daily tasks include managing communication with students, evaluating their needs, offering personalized guidance on programs, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively connect with prospective students and their families.
- Demonstrated Customer Service expertise to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance prospective student interactions.
- Sales skills to engage and guide prospective students in selecting suitable programs and achieving enrollment goals.
- Knowledge and passion for the Education sector, with an understanding of academic programs and career pathways.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in managing admissions tools and systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
