Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will guide and support students in their educational journey, providing accurate information about study programs, admission requirements, and visa procedures. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations with students and parents, assessing applicant profiles, handling inquiries, assisting with the application process, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, the counselor will collaborate with educational institutions, contribute to promotional activities, and actively support sales and enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship management skills
- Sales skills with the ability to assist in meeting enrollment targets
- Experience in the Education sector or familiarity with international education processes
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Educational background in Counseling, Education, or a related field is a plus
