We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our growing team and help prospective candidates navigate their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel prospective students regarding PhD programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups professionally.
- Convert student inquiries into successful admissions through effective communication and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status in CRM systems.
- Guide applicants throughout the enrollment and documentation process.
- Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Stay updated with program details, university guidelines, and market trends in higher education.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, EdTech, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in higher education or PhD counseling will be an added advantage.
Salary - 3.6 LPA to 5 LPA
