Job Opening: Admission Counsellor – Nirman Vihar Branch
Vajirao IAS Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor for its Nirman Vihar branch. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding UPSC and other Civil Services Examination preparation, providing accurate course information, and helping them make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students about the academy’s IAS/PCS courses.
- Understand students’ career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, and provide complete course details.
- Convert leads into admissions through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain student records and manage the admission process efficiently.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation.
- Resolve students’ queries and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve admission targets assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Education Counselor or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IAS/UPSC examination processes will be an added advantage.
