Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will engage with prospective students and professionals to guide them in identifying the most suitable academic programs offered by Unishala Education. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, conducting consultations, and assisting with the admissions process. The Counselor will also offer personalized program recommendations and contribute to student success by fostering clarity and confidence in educational and career decisions. Additionally, reaching out to potential candidates and supporting enrollment targets are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in Customer Service, creating supportive and professional interactions that foster trust and satisfaction
- Experience in Sales or the ability to guide prospective students through admissions and enrollment processes
- A strong understanding of the Education sector, preferably with prior experience in admissions, career counseling, or academic program guidance
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving enrollment goals
- Problem-solving skills, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work ethics
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or a related field is highly preferred
