We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities and career options.
- Understand students' academic background and recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements, and admission timelines.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing team.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring high-quality counselling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Overseas Education, Admission Counselling, or Education Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of study abroad destinations, universities, admission procedures, and visa processes.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
