Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will assist prospective students by providing detailed information about educational programs, guiding them through the application process, and addressing queries. The role involves effective communication with students and their families, understanding their educational goals, and aligning our programs to their aspirations. The Admission Counselor will uphold exemplary customer service standards while meeting enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Proficient in Customer Service and the ability to foster positive relationships
- Experience in Sales and understanding student needs to present relevant solutions
- A background or interest in Education and academic counseling
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in education or business is preferred
- Proficiency in regional languages and prior admissions experience are advantageous
