Role Description
Admission Counsellor advises students on study abroad options, universities, programs, and admissions processes. Responsibilities include student counseling, application guidance, document review, visa support coordination, lead conversion, and achieving enrollment targets through ethical.
Qualifications
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and admission procedures
- Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online leads
- Explain course details, fee structure, and academic schedules
- Regular follow-ups with prospective students to close admissions
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
- Meet assigned monthly admission targets
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education consultancy
- Strong communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
