We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions while delivering an exceptional experience.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding admissions, academic programs, and the enrollment process.
• Handle admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the admission journey.
• Maintain accurate admission records and update the CRM/database regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
• Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 2–5 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Education Sales, Student Counseling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, counseling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
