Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will work directly with prospective students by communicating program details and addressing inquiries to guide them toward enrolling in professional certification courses like CPA, CMA, and more. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, advising on course offerings, tracking inquiries, fostering relationships with potential candidates, and converting leads into enrollments. The role also requires consistent collaboration with other departments to deliver a seamless experience for students and ensure enrollment goals are achieved.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Collaboration skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication abilities, including active listening skills
- Customer Service experience and the ability to build positive relationships
- Experience in Sales or a related role, with the ability to meet enrollment targets
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
