Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role located in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the college admission process. Key responsibilities include providing personalized advice on course and institution selection, addressing queries, supporting applicants at every stage, and maintaining communication with educational institutions. The role involves fostering strong relationships with students and partners to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and effective communication skills
- Experience in customer service and a customer-focused approach
- Proven ability to excel in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment
- Background or knowledge of the education industry
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or a related field is a bonus)
