Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Jaipur. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing comprehensive information about university programs, guiding applicants through the admission process, and addressing any inquiries regarding admission requirements. The role also includes fostering relationships to enhance enrollment opportunities and collaborating with departments to support institutional goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales to assist and guide prospective students through the admissions process
- Background in Education or familiarity with educational institutions and their admission procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
