Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will engage with prospective students, provide information about programs and courses, guide them through the admissions process, and address inquiries. Responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective students, building relationships with parents or guardians, providing career advice, and supporting the overall enrollment process to ensure a positive experience for applicants.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service and addressing prospective students’ needs
- Sales experience and skills in promoting programs to prospective students
- Familiarity with or experience in the Education sector
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
