Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Admission Counselor, based in Noida with flexibility for some remote work. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide program-related information, and offer a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting admission-related discussions, assisting with enrollment procedures, and maintaining rapport with students. The counselor will also collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall admission experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales to engage and support applicants effectively
- Understanding of Education processes and an ability to convey program benefits
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to balance both in-office and remote work effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
- Previous experience in admissions or education consultancy is a plus
