Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students on courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Job Resposibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from prospective students
- Counsel students and parents on courses, career paths, and admission procedures
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
- Conduct campus tours and information sessions when required
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preffered Skills
- Experience in education/edtech sector
- Multilingual communication (Tamil & English preferred)
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
