Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will engage with prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about programs and admissions processes. Responsibilities include guiding applicants from initial inquiry to enrollment, addressing questions or concerns, and building strong relationships to ensure a smooth admissions experience. The role involves evaluating candidate profiles, assisting in the application and selection process, and coordinating with the admissions team to achieve enrollment goals. Additional tasks may include participating in events and generating outreach strategies to attract potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with diverse individuals
- Customer Service and Sales experience, particularly in guiding and influencing clients or customers
- Background in Education or experience working in academic or admissions environments
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in admissions, educational institutions, or customer-facing roles is a plus
