Role Description
The Admission Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon. This role involves guiding prospective students throughout the admissions process, responding promptly to inquiries, conducting interviews, and assessing applications. The Admission Counselor will contribute to marketing efforts, represent the institution in outreach events, and maintain communication with applicants to ensure a seamless and transparent admissions experience. Building strong relationships with candidates and collaborating with internal teams will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate applications and provide constructive guidance
- Experience in sales, marketing, or academic admissions is beneficial
- A proactive attitude with high attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field
