Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor, located at our Kolkata center. The Admission Counselor will assist prospective students and their families by providing information on available programs, guiding them through the admissions process, and addressing their queries. The role involves offering personalized counseling, maintaining effective communication, and supporting students in making informed decisions about their academic journey. Additional responsibilities include conducting follow-up calls, participating in outreach activities, and collaborating with the team to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and parents
• Proficiency in customer service and sales to provide excellent support and guide prospects through the admissions process
• Experience in educational counseling or the education sector is highly beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with law entrance exams such as CLAT and AILET would be an advantage
