Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Admission Counselor located in Patiala. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding educational and career opportunities, assisting with applications and admissions processes, and addressing inquiries to recommend suitable academic courses and institutions. The role involves maintaining relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions, as well as participating in outreach and promotional activities to attract and support prospective applicants.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service abilities with a focus on student-centered support
- Basic Sales acumen to effectively promote educational programs and services
- Experience or knowledge of the Education domain to guide students and parents
- Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Organizational skills to manage inquiries and admissions requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
