Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor based in Kochi. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process by providing information about the institution’s programs, answering inquiries, and assisting with application procedures. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and families, scheduling and conducting informational sessions, evaluating applications, and maintaining communication to ensure a seamless enrollment journey.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students and families effectively
- Customer service expertise to address inquiries and provide a positive experience
- Experience in sales or educational counseling is highly beneficial
- Understanding of educational programs and admissions processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proficient in local languages and fluent in English
- Previous experience in the education industry will be an advantage
