Job summary: The Counselor for the Executive MBA Course at our university plays a crucial role in
driving admissions by effectively converting leads into enrollments. The role involves a blend of phone-
based and face-to-face interaction, catering to working professionals seeking to enhance their career
through our Executive MBA program. Additionally, the counselor will proactively engage with corporate
entities for tie-ups and bulk admissions, further expanding the reach program.
Job role:
- Identify and target prospective candidates through networking events, corporate partnerships,
and professional organizations.
- Convert leads to admissions through calls and of the Conduct personalized in-person and virtual
counselling emails.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing tailored advice about
program details, requirements, and admissions procedures.
- Discuss career advancements, leadership growth, and networking opportunities associated with
the program.
- Collaborate with senior administrators and marketing teams to develop admission strategies
targeting executives and senior leaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporations to identify potential candidates and promote
employer
- Maintain an updated database of prospective candidates, tracking their engagement and
progress through the admissions funnel.
- Build corporate relationships sessions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
