Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role located in Cannanore. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about programs, assisting with enrollment, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students. The Admission Counselor will also collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals and represent the company at educational events.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service techniques and the ability to build positive relationships
- Experience in Sales with a focus on educational programs
- Background in Education or familiarity with academic environments and processes
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying student needs
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional local language skills are a plus
