Job Title: Admission Counsellor
CTC - upto 3.5 lacs / year
Experience: 1–2 Years
Industry Preference: Education / Banking / Insurance / EdTech
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing inquiries, qualifying students, and supporting them in making informed academic choices aligned with global opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Understand student profiles, academic background, and career intent
- Guide students on suitable programs, countries, and pathways
- Convert leads into applications through structured follow-ups
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in education counseling / banking / insurance / edtech sales
- Strong communication skills (clarity > fluency)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet conversion targets
