Eazy Naukri is currently hiring for one our clients on the position of Admission Counsellor with 1+ years of experience in academic counseling, telesales, career counseling etc. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through their admission process, providing them with information about various institutions, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational future. Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Required Experience: 1+ years (Freshers with good communication will also be considered.)
location - VGU, Jagatpura, Jaipur
Expected Joining: Immediate to 15 days
Budget: upto 3.6 LPA+ incentives
Variable Pay: Earn up to 300% of your annual salary.
Job Description:
1. Counseling parents and students about various career options available in universities.
2. Making outbound and cold calls, as well as handling admission inquiries.
3. Maintaining conversation records on provided CRM.
4. Develop innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
5. Managing the end-to-end admission process and facilitating enrollment.
6. Resolving queries of students and parents related to courses and the admission process.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
4. Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
5. Proficiency in English and Hindi.
