Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will support prospective students by guiding them through the admission process, communicating program details, and addressing queries. Daily responsibilities include counseling students, providing detailed information about courses, assisting with the application process, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining candidate records. The role also requires collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and delivering excellent support to prospective students and their families.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals effectively.
- Experience in Customer Service to provide high-quality support to prospective students and their families.
- Sales and persuasive skills to drive admissions and achieve enrollment goals.
- Background in Education or knowledge of academic programs and processes is preferred.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for education, and a dedication to helping students succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
