Role Description
The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. Responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about the institute's programs, and assisting with inquiries. The Admission Counselor will maintain a high standard of customer service by engaging with prospective students, families, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves conducting campus tours, following up on application statuses, and working towards meeting recruitment goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to resolve inquiries effectively
- Sales skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospective students
- Familiarity with Education systems and admission processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
