Role Summary:
The admission counsellor will be responsible to drive student enrolments by handling admission enquiries, providing accurate counselling, and ensuring timely follow-ups, while maintaining high standards of parent engagement and service excellence.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Enquiry Handling & Counselling
- Attend walk-ins, calls, emails, and online enquiries
- Provide accurate information about curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process
- Counsel parents and students to guide decision-making
2. Admission Process Support
- Assist parents in completing application forms and documentation
- Coordinate for assessments, interactions, and admission formalities
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups
3. Parent Interaction
- Conduct school tours and explain key offerings
- Address queries and concerns professionally
- Maintain a welcoming and positive front office environment
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
- Update MIS/CRM systems regularly
- Share daily/weekly admission status reports
5. Coordination
- Work closely with academic and admin teams for smooth admission processing
- Support in organizing admission drives, events, and orientations
6. Compliance
- Ensure all documentation is complete and as per school policies
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail
- Basic data management skills (Excel/CRM)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in admissions / counselling / customer-facing role
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
