🔍 Role Overview:
As an Education Counsellor, you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring candidates, helping them explore career opportunities and guiding them through the journey from enrollment to placement.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with candidates and explain program offerings
• Coordinate and follow up for interviews with corporates
• Track post-interview progress and ensure conversions
• Maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent coordination and follow-up ability
• A proactive, go-getter attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior EdTech or recruitment experience is a plus
