Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Admission Counselor will engage with prospective students and their families to provide personalized guidance throughout the college admissions process. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assisting with course and program selection, generating and nurturing leads, and supporting colleges in achieving enrollment goals through professional representation and direct communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students and families
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales with a focus on relationship building and meeting targets
- Basic understanding of the Education sector and admissions processes
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area
- Proactive attitude, time management skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; familiarity with regional educational institutions is an advantage
