Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Noida. The Admission Counselor will provide guidance to prospective MBA students, helping them navigate college selection and admission processes. Responsibilities include offering expert advice, answering inquiries, conducting personalized counseling sessions, maintaining relationships with students and institutions, and assisting with admission documentation. The role also involves promoting Career Choice 360’s services and fostering long-term relationships with MBA aspirants.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service
- Proficiency in sales and the ability to engage and inform prospective students effectively
- Understanding of the education industry, particularly MBA admissions, is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in a counseling or educational support role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline
