Role Description
The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role located in the Bangalore Urban district. The responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admission process, explaining course offerings, and addressing student inquiries. The role involves coordinating with students to understand their educational goals, maintaining organized records, and assisting with enrollment and onboarding activities. The counselor will also provide ongoing support to prospective students to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Customer Service experience with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
- Sales skills to effectively present program benefits and guide students through the enrollment process.
- Experience in the Education sector or familiarity with academic admissions processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a structured and target-driven environment with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication and record-keeping.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
