Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.The Admissions Counselor will handle inquiries in person, by phone, and online, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and support enrollment in loyalty or membership programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product orientations, organizing information sessions, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, and ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for every visitor. The role requires consistent follow-up with potential customers, adherence to company processes, and active participation in promotional and educational activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage with diverse customers and team members.
- Customer Service and Sales skills to guide prospective customers, address concerns, and support product recommendations and conversions.
- Education-related skills to clearly explain organic product benefits, safety standards, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records of customer interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM or customer tracking tools.
- Prior experience in counseling, retail, admissions, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Freshers to 4yrs of experience required.
- Salary Range between 25k to 45k inhand.
- Target Based Incentives.
- This is a hard core inside sales role.
