Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role based in Bengaluru. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admission process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and clarifying eligibility and documentation requirements. The role involves conducting counseling sessions in person or by phone, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the admissions system. The counselor will collaborate with the sales or marketing team to support outreach activities, participate in information sessions or events, and help convert inquiries into successful enrollments. Daily responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring that each applicant experiences a clear, respectful, and supportive admissions journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage with diverse applicants and stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Sales abilities to manage inquiries, build trust, and support enrollment conversion goals.
- Understanding of Education processes, admission workflows, and basic academic eligibility criteria.
- Proficiency with email, phone, and common office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) for daily administrative tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Salary range 25k to 45k
Experience should be between 0 to 4yrs
