Responsibilities:
- Support potential students with their doubts, queries and concerns throughout the application journey
- Own and drive outcomes for a key part of the admissions process
- Conduct and facilitate different events & sessions, including but not limited to webinars, information sessions, mixers and campus tours
- Engage with prospective students via different mediums (phone, email, 1:1 meetings) to address inquiries and provide necessary support
- Ensure smooth functioning of the admissions process as a whole, with deep focus on a specific stage
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with basic Excel functionalities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and operational efficiency
- High degree of ownership & accountability
