We are hiring Admission Counsellors (Sales) exclusively under our Persons with Disabilities (PWD) hiring initiative.
In this role, you will guide prospective learners, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right programs through effective counselling and sales conversations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners via calls, chats, and follow-ups
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
- Drive conversions and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Build and manage relationships with learners
🔹 Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Counselling / Customer-facing roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Target-driven mindset and willingness to learn
- Candidate must be a Person with Disability (PWD)
🔹 Compensation
Up to ₹6.5 LPA (based on experience and performance)
