Job Title: Admission Counsellor & TelecallerLocation: Mandhana,Kanpur
Experience: 4–5 Years (Relevant Domain Mandatory)
1. Admission Counsellor (MBA Mandatory)Eligibility:
- MBA (Mandatory)
- 4–5 years of experience in Admissions / Education / Counseling
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries and provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, and admission process
- Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing
- Achieve admission targets within deadlines
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
- Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Good knowledge of admission processes and education sector
2. Telecaller (Admissions)Eligibility:
- Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 4–5 years of experience in telecalling / lead generation (Education domain preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided database
- Generate and qualify leads for the admission team
- Explain courses and schedule appointments for counsellors
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain call records and update CRM system
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Skills Required:
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
- Positive attitude and team player
