Position: Admission Counsellor – Study Abroad

Job Summary:
The Global Exposure is an 11-year-old Private Limited Company at Punjabi Bagh – New Delhi looking for a passionate Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through the study abroad admission process. The role includes student counselling, lead management, application guidance, follow-ups, and admission conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Assist in university, course, and country selection.
- Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Guide students on IELTS/CELPIP/TOEFL and admission requirements.
- Coordinate with partner universities and maintain student records.
- Track applications and provide timely updates.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong counselling and interpersonal abilities.
- Sales and lead conversion mindset.
- Knowledge of study abroad admissions (preferred).
- CRM, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp proficiency.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
