Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counsellor role located in Nashik. The Admission Counsellor will assist prospective students and their families by providing detailed information about the university's courses, admission procedure, and facilities. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, counseling students, following up on applications, guiding them through the enrollment process, and maintaining positive relationships. The role will also involve contributing to admissions-related sales efforts and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students.
Qualifications and other
- Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree
- Min 1 year of experience in relevant field (Must be working with any reputed university/college/institute)
- Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with students and their families
- Customer Service experience to provide excellent assistance and resolve queries
- Sales and persuasion skills for promoting the university programs and encouraging enrollment
- Knowledge of the field of Education to provide accurate information about courses and career opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with admissions teams and maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with student recruitment processes or prior experience in educational settings is a plus
