Hiring Experienced Admission Counsellor – PhD & Honorary Doctorate Programs
We are hiring an experienced Admission Counsellor with strong knowledge of PhD and Honorary Doctorate admissions to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective candidates for PhD & Honorary Doctorate programs
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Guide candidates regarding eligibility, documentation, research areas, and admission procedures
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate lead and student records
Requirements
- Prior experience in PhD and Honorary Doctorate admissions counselling is mandatory
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle domestic and international candidates professionally
- Experience in lead management and counselling conversion
- Knowledge of higher education and research programs preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of relevant experience
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM and counselling tools
