Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Bengaluru. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students and their families to provide guidance on available courses, facilitate the enrollment process, and address inquiries. The role involves understanding students' educational needs, providing relevant information, and assisting them in making informed decisions. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records of student interactions and contributing to enrollment targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students and families
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address queries and provide a positive experience
- Basic understanding of Sales techniques to promote educational programs effectively
- Familiarity with the Education sector and an ability to guide students regarding academic options
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
