Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counsellor role based in Lucknow. The Admission Counsellor will assist prospective students and clients in navigating ZoopUp's educational offerings. Responsibilities include providing customized guidance, building client relationships, managing inquiries, and supporting students throughout the application and enrollment process. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a passion for education and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and problem-solving abilities
- Proven Sales skills with an ability to effectively engage clients
- Experience in the Education sector or academic counseling
- Ability to work on-site collaboratively with team members in Lucknow
- Organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Passion for helping others and promoting a positive learning experience
