Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Admissions Specialist. The Admissions Specialist will be responsible for effectively managing inquiries, guiding prospective students through the admissions process, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include communicating with candidates, explaining program features, assisting with enrollment decisions, coordinating admissions processes, and contributing to enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with prospective students and provide a positive experience.
- Experience in Sales, Student Recruiting, or related functions with a focus on achieving enrollment targets.
- Knowledge of Education and academic program offerings, as well as the ability to articulate benefits to candidates.
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
