Position
Admission Counsellor
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students and parents regarding Academy courses and programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course structure, fees, internship opportunities, career scope, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build strong relationships with students and guide them throughout the admission journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in admission counselling, education sales, inside sales, or telecalling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle student/parent queries professionally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Candidates with experience in an educational institute, training academy, or EdTech company will be preferred.
