Role: Admission Counsellor
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads through calls and emails.
- Counsel students and parents on suitable programs.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Guide students through course selection and application processes.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Target-driven with proven sales conversion ability.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
