About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Admission Counsellor / Tele Counsellor to guide students interested in studying abroad. The role primarily involves calling leads, counselling students over phone/video calls, understanding their study abroad goals, and converting enquiries into applications.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and sales skills who enjoys interacting with students and helping them plan their international education journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with student leads generated through social media, events, and campaigns
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, visas, scholarships, and intake options
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable countries and universities
- Convert enquiries into applications and admissions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents
- Handle WhatsApp, calls, CRM, and lead management efficiently
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team
- Maintain professional communication and relationship management
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Prior experience in tele sales, tele counselling, customer support, or study abroad counselling preferred
- Comfortable handling targets and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of study abroad processes is an advantage
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills
